The Department of Cardiology of Pak Red Crescent Teaching Hospital is providing the best cardiology services to the patients of southern Lahore and Kasur. A recently established 5 bedded cardiac unit equipped with high end monitoring services under the supervision of highly qualified and experienced consultants.
For diagnostic purposes the department is equipped with ECG, Echocardiography Machine, and Ambulatory BP monitoring. The cardiology department also provides consultation services in the outpatient department 6 days in a week.
The Department of Cardiology is headed by Prof. Dr. Naeem Dilawar Kazmi. The heart centre is a tertiary cardiac care centre matching international standards of operation. It provides 24 hours emergency care to the patients. The centre is equipped with the cardiac catheterization laboratory providing cardiac interventions. The centre also provides non-invasive cardiac facilities.
